数字技术给观看带来了两个最基本的变化。其一是观看与肉眼在场的持续分离,以及观看者与观看对象双方的虚拟化;这让观看从一种双方或单方的物理在场转变为不同时空下的虚拟在场。其二是视觉文本的迅速增殖,数字观看同时也是视觉文本生产,巨量视觉文本进一步地渗透入社会生活的方方面面。上述两方面的变化,不仅影响了个体如何进行观看和如何选择观看对象,而且也建立了新的连接、话语和信息形态,重塑了个体主体性、社会交往和共同体观念。围绕自拍、围观和凝视三种不同的观看实践,探讨其在数字时代的内涵变迁及其社会文化后果,为数字时代的观看提供一种阐释和研究框架。
